How long we take
A message about an order in progress is dealt with the same day, because it has to be. A written message about anything else takes longer.

Use the complaints process rather than this page. It is a defined route with timings attached and a manager at the end of it, not a slower inbox.
Your data
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion can all be requested from your account without writing to anybody. The privacy policy sets out what you can ask for and what happens to past orders when an account is deleted.
