Draft — not yet legally reviewed. This document describes how the platform actually behaves. It has not been approved by counsel against the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law or the Nigeria Data Protection Act, and consumer and food-safety obligations differ between the two markets. It must not be relied on, and must be signed off before launch.

This site uses very little browser storage, and none of it for advertising. There are no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels and no cross-site identifiers.

What we store

Strictly necessary

  • Basket token — ap_cart. A random identifier that connects you to your basket on our server. It is what lets you add a dish without signing in and still find it there when you come back. Without it, a guest basket cannot exist.
  • Session token — ap_token, set only when you sign in. It keeps you signed in and is removed when you sign out.
  • CSRF token — a security measure that stops another site submitting forms on your behalf.

Your choices, remembered

  • Language — ap_locale. Whether you are reading in English or Arabic, so a link you follow tomorrow opens in the language you chose today.
  • Currency — ap_currency. Which of SAR, NGN or USD prices are shown in.
  • Appearance — ap-colour-scheme in local storage. Set only if you override the light or dark setting your device already has. If you leave it alone, nothing is stored.

What we do not store

No advertising or analytics cookies, no fingerprinting, and nothing that follows you to another site. We do not sell or share any of it.

Card details never reach this site. Payment happens on the gateway's own page, and what comes back to us is a reference and a result — never a card number.

Clearing them

Your browser can clear all of this at any time. Clearing the basket token empties an unsigned basket, because that token was the only thing connecting you to it. Signing in first means the basket is attached to your account instead and survives.
